+ $100K
Revenue Recovered Monthly

Adding Paymend to our stack allowed us to automatically recover failed transactions, bringing back over $100K monthly in lost revenue for Pudgy Penguins.

$1.9M
Revenue Recovered

We had strong PSPs and solid approval rates, but there was always a percentage of revenue we couldn't get back. When you're spending heavily to acquire customers, losing them at payment is the worst possible place to leak. Paymend recovers that revenue without us having to touch anything, we just see the revenue land.

$3.6M
Revenue Recovered

We had already exhausted every internal retry option across our PSP stack. On a revenue-share model, every declined transaction is a direct hit to our bottom line. Recovering $3.6M wasn't just a payment operations win, it changed how we think about decline management as a growth lever, not just a cost center.

Failed transactions recovered

When a processor rejected a transaction, we had no control and each decline meant lost revenue directly impacting our bottom line. We no longer worry about it, we simply route the transaction to Paymend to handle it. We’ve recovered 14% of previously failed transactions.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about partnering with Paymend.

Does this compete with our existing retry or routing logic?

No. Paymend runs after it. We only touch payments your current setup has already given up on, so there's no overlap and nothing to unpick.

Do our merchants have to migrate or change providers?

Never. That's our core design. Merchants keep their processor, their checkout and their billing flow exactly as they are.

What's the impact on checkout conversion?

None. Paymend operates after a payment has failed, outside the live authorization path.

How long does integration take

Typically under two weeks. Our integration is significantly lighter than standard PSP implementations. Activating individual merchants after that is a configuration step.

What does it cost us?

Pricing is performance-only. Paymend earns a fee on recovered revenue and you earn a share of it. No recovery, no invoice.

Can we start with a single merchant?

Yes, and we recommend it. Pilot, validate against a real baseline, then scale across the portfolio.

Who owns the merchant relationship?

You do. Paymend operates behind your platform, not as a competing vendor in front of your customer.
